Hello, I’m G S Smitha Nair.

Like many women, I have had phases in life when I questioned my potential — not because I lacked ability, but because life took a different course.
I come from an academic background and have always been passionate about learning, growth, and helping others. Yet, I also understand what it feels like to pause, to doubt, and to wonder if it is too late to restart.
Over time, through my journey in education, life skills, and personal development, I began to realize something important — many capable women lack not talent but direction, confidence, and the right support.
This realization led me to a deeper purpose:
To support women in rediscovering their strengths, rebuilding their confidence, and finding meaningful direction in their lives.
Through my work in career guidance, soft skills, and personal growth, I aim to create a space where women feel seen, understood, and empowered to take the next step.
If you are someone who feels there is more within you waiting to be expressed, you are not alone.
My Work in Career Guidance
For years, I worked with students as a teacher in CBSE schools, and I saw how often young people choose a path because of pressure, not passion. Helping students discover what truly fits them is now the heart of my work.
My interest in career guidance began in 2011, during my International Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, when I chose to do my internship in career guidance and counselling. Since then, I have informally guided students whenever they reached a crossroads — and now I am bringing that experience into focused, dedicated work with students and families.
I am currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Kerala, with my research focused on career guidance for Class IX students.

How I Can Help
I offer career guidance for students from Class 8 onwards and their parents — helping children discover their strengths and choose their own path, with families supporting them along the way.
Beyond my professional work, I find joy in learning, writing, traveling, meaningful conversations, and the quiet lessons that everyday life offers. I love music and dance, and I happily try my hand at both whenever an opportunity comes along — old Hindi songs hold a special place in my heart.
I believe it is never too late to rediscover yourself, rewrite your story, and begin again.
This space is for you — to reflect, to grow, and to begin again.
